Show Systems is the "one call does it
all" division of TC Furlong that serves event planners,
technical directors, production managers, and others responsible

The Emergency: An international touring artist brings
IEM on tour in a frequency band that is unsuitable for use in
the United States.
Time Line:
Saturday, 10:40 AM While setting up for a
tour's first stop in the US, the local show engineer sees
that the IEM systems brought on tour are in a frequency band
prohibited in the US. He calls the TC Furlong rental
team to see what is available for rental
10:45 AM The TC Furlong
rental team member gets the call and heads to the TC Furlong
shop
11:30 AM The TC Furlong
rental team member arrives at the shop, pulls and preps the
IEM systems, and heads to the venue
12:50 PM The IEM systems are
delivered to the venue well before soundcheck, and the show
goes on as scheduled
