A message from our founder and president:

 

In 1973, I began T.C. Furlong and Associates as a small sound system products manufacturer in

Highland Park, Illinois. We made a product line called Steamer Speakers. At the time there were few places that would rent professional sound equipment, so we would not only rent the products that we manufactured, but other items necessary to have a modern sound system. Things have changed quite a bit in twenty years. For that matter, technology alone has changed drastically in the last two years. One thing that has not changed is the need for an audio equipment sales and rental company with a high level of service, excellent equipment and experienced technicians.

Here we are thirty plus years later, still in the business of renting all of the items necessary to have a modern sound system. We strive every day not only to provide the best equipment in perfect condition, but to assist our customers in applying products properly. I really think that this is the most important part of our service - supplying the right tool for the job. Equipment has to be extremely reliable, easy to work with, and above all, it has to sound great. The same criteria applies to our technicians: extremely reliable, easy to work with, and above all, able to provide great sound.
